School Match Pro does not provide direct educational services. Third party education providers, marketing partners and service providers operate independently and may maintain their own privacy policies and terms.

When you register on this website, you hereby agree and acknowledge that your personal information will be placed into the Company database and that such personal information may be shared with third parties for marketing, lead matching, educational inquiry, service fulfillment, analytics, compliance, fraud prevention and other lawful purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Depending on the circumstances, we may disclose identifiers, commercial information, internet activity, geolocation information, inferences and other personal information to education providers, Third Party Service Providers, marketing partners, analytics providers, advertising networks, lead buyers, call centers and service providers for purposes that may include targeted advertising, cross-context behavioral advertising, lead matching, lead routing, consumer inquiry fulfillment, marketing, analytics, compliance and fraud prevention.

You may have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising, or profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects, depending on your state of residence. Your consent is not required to purchase products or services. Message and data rates may apply. You may revoke consent or opt out of marketing communications as described in this Privacy Policy or in the applicable communication. Consent records, including TrustedForm certificates and Jornaya LeadiD identifiers, may be retained and shared as described in this Privacy Policy.

8. Usage of Demographic Data

Demographic information is shared with third party advertisers so that they can tailor their advertisements to the appropriate audience. Data may also be shared with other third parties. We use demographic information to tailor the website to the interests of our users.

We reserve the right to provide aggregate or group data about our users for lawful purposes. These processes may affect which programs, schools, offers, communications or partners are presented to you or receive your information. Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to opt out of certain profiling or automated decision-making where it produces legal or similarly significant effects. 10. IP Address Information

Our servers automatically recognize your IP address each time you visit the Site and the web page from which you came. Your IP address is used to help identify you and to gather broad demographic information about you and to better tailor our product and service offerings contained within the Site. Consent records, call records, lead records, suppression records and compliance records may be retained for periods necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal rights and meet audit obligations. Where we no longer need personal information, we may delete, de-identify or aggregate it in accordance with applicable law and our data retention practices.

13. Security Precautions

The website may contain links to other third-party owned and/or operated websites including, but not limited to, the websites of our Third Party Service Providers. Company is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites. In some cases, you may be able to make a purchase through one of their third-party websites. In these instances, you may be required to provide certain information, such as a credit card number, to register or complete a transaction at such website.

These third-party websites have separate privacy and data collection practices and Company has no responsibility or liability relating to them. You should review the privacy policies and terms of any third party website before submitting information.

We will respond within the time required by applicable law, typically within 45 days after receiving a verifiable request, unless an extension is permitted. If we deny your request in whole or in part, we will provide an explanation where required by law and will explain how to appeal if an appeal right applies.

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf where permitted by law. We may require proof of authorization and may also require you to verify your identity directly with us unless prohibited by law.

To opt out of marketing emails, you may follow the unsubscribe instructions included in the email. To opt out of text messages, you may follow the instructions in the message, such as replying STOP where supported. Please be advised that deleting your personal information may terminate or limit your ability to apply for Services. If you wish to apply for Services without any hindrance or limitation, you may decide not to delete the personal information that we have on file for you. Note that after you delete your personal information, residual copies may take a period of time before they are deleted from active servers and may remain in backup systems, archival systems, compliance records, suppression files or other records where retention is permitted or required by law.

Our ability to provide these services may depend in part on referral, promotional and/or advertising revenue that we receive from certain schools, service providers, advertisers or marketing partners. Under certain privacy laws, this may be considered a financial incentive or value exchange related to personal information.

The value of personal information varies based on several factors, including the type of inquiry, requested program, partner availability, marketing costs, consumer engagement and operational expenses. By submitting your information and using the Site, you request that we use and disclose your information to provide the free services, matching opportunities and offers described in this Privacy Policy.
